01 / MATERIAL VERIFICATION

03 / PERFORMANCE TESTING
Ultrapure-water pump test equipment. Agree flow, pressure, speed and the operating sequence to be recorded.
04 / DISPATCH PREPARATION
Pumps packed for shipment. Confirm identification, connection protection and the documents supplied with the order.
INSIDE THE TEST FILE
View the RO pump test sheet with operating readings, a curve and inspection sign-off, together with the test and packing photo record. For your order, agree the report and acceptance criteria for the exact model and package.
APPLICATION EXPERIENCE
SEMICONDUCTOR CLEANING
Frequent start-stop duty with three specified flow ranges.
HPT 2.0, HPT 4.0 and HPT 10 were selected for polishing-pad cleaning. The case also details an HPT 12.5 motor-and-drive package, materials and adapter connections.
ISLAND WATER SUPPLY
Two containerized SWRO trains, commissioned in May 2024.
The documented HPS11 application operates at approximately 60 bar and 10 m³/h per pump, with energy recovery included in the system design.
MARINE EQUIPMENT OEMs
Qualification of HPS 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 pumps for marine systems.
Follow the evaluation process from sample pumps and on-system trials to factory review, batch testing and repeat supply. Includes model-specific duty data.
