At Rohre Pumps, we combine international expertise, innovative techniques, and robust quality standards to deliver pumps that stand the test of time.
Materials
Parts that are partially shaped by applying heat or force to the material, known as “roughly-shaped raw materials,” are produced using methods like canning and casting. This shaping process is primarily conducted at overseas facilities.
Acceptance and inspection
Pump components produced by group companies and subcontractors are received, checked, and stored in warehouses. Items that are processed or repaired undergo inspection as well.
Machining & Precision Engineering
Assembly
Different types of pumps are assembled by combining numerous components, including casings, shafts, and impellers. Each pump is produced under rigorous quality control standards.
Final Testing Shipping
Finished pumps and components are tested by operating them and measuring discharge flow and pressure to ensure they meet the required performance and functionality for the site. Additionally, machine monitors are installed in measurement rooms to detect abnormal vibrations and noise at the site.
After-Service
Finished products are transported by trucks. For international shipments, products are reloaded onto trucks, ships, or freight cars as necessary. To facilitate this process, they are packed in containers or large wooden crates.
